Anime City offers vendors a high-traffic, professional convention environment with thousands of anime, TCG, and collectible fans.

 

The event takes place on July 18, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Hampton Roads Convention Center in Hampton, VA.

 

Vendors may sell anime merchandise, trading cards and TCG products, collectibles, artwork, manga, and accessories.

 

Load-in is from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, and all vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 AM. Early breakdown is not permitted, and load-in must be completed through the designated vendor entrance.

 

Each vendor receives designated table space in a professionally managed layout with strong visibility and high foot traffic. The venue is secure and climate-controlled, with free parking and WiFi available.

 

Each table allows a maximum of two people and includes two vendor lanyards, a table, and chairs. There is no limit on the number of tables per vendor, subject to availability.
